Rush Week is the time when our sorority holds multiple events that welcome girls who are interested in learning about the sorority. how does this work?

One is considered a rushee if they attend at least one rush event. After rush week is over, the active members of our sorority give bids to a select number of rushees (bids are given to those who we feel will both benefit from our sorority and be beneficial towards our sorority). If a rushee accepts a bid they will become a pledge and start their pledge quarter after initiation. During the pledge quarter, pledges will be continuously tested to determine if they should become a member of Alpha Delta Chi (don't worry: it's not as harsh as it sounds). Once a pledge has completed their pledge process, they will be considered for activation into the sorority. For more information about the pledge process, please contact our lovely pledge captain, Anna.
